Planning Study - Charlotte Avenue

For this project I got to take part in the design charrette with my colleagues. During that week of intensive work at a public neighborhood landmark, I mapped a framework plan to identify existing and heights along the corridor, identified properties within the protected floodway, helped map the supplemental policy for potential development and modeled the Charlotte Avenue Corridor (as seen below) to support this Community Planning Study: https://www.nashville.gov/Planning-Department/Community-Planning-Studies/Charlotte-Pike.aspx
